Follow the below steps to help us with your RMA’s.
- Quantity of items being returned
- Description of the defect or damage to the product
- Model and part of the defective product
- Proof of purchase
- An up close picture of the leak (Flexitank only) or defect
- A picture of the underside of the tank (for Flexitanks only)
- A picture of the underside of the feet (for Flexitank only)
- The batch code found at the back of the spine where the lid meets the body (for Flexitanks only)
This will be provided by GreenPlanet Wholesale with further instructions. Without an approved authorization your claim will be INVALID and VOID.
Following steps must be followed when you are packaging the goods for return:
- Pack the goods securely so they cannot be further damaged during transport. GreenPlanet will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transportation.
- Please print and include a copy of the RMA form in the box for easy reference and faster processing
- Once the package has been sealed please write the RMA# in LARGE BLACK LETTERS on the outside of the box and/or pallet wrapping
Please ship the defective units to the address provided by GreenPlanet warranty team prepaid (sender’s cost), once the units have been inspected, we will advise on the next steps involving repair or replacement as applicable by the warranty process. The product will then be returned to you prepaid by GreenPlanet.
